Questions/Clarifications

  • The value is based on the cost of $20 per hour of gameplay. For the Spectator package, 1 hour per week equals $20 weekly value. For the Challenger package, 1 hour per day equals $20 daily value. For the Champion package, 2 hours per day for both the member and a guest equals $40 per day per person.

  • Simply inform the staff when you arrive for your gaming session. Your guest will be logged, and you both can enjoy the 2 free hours of gameplay.

  • Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. The new rate will be applied starting from your next billing cycle.

  • The packages are designed to provide the maximum value if all hours are used. Unused hours do not roll over to the next week.
